Studio Time (4:45pm- 5:45pm)

• Flexibility and conditioning
• Commercial choreography dance routine

Ice time (6pm-7pm)

• Warm up
• Learn Choreography
• Learn performance and presentation
• Wear real show girl feather harnesses

Level: Skate UK level 5 minimum requirement
